The heart behind AEROS

It started with a VA who wanted to do more

"I never wanted to be just a VA. I wanted to be a partner."

Analyn Roque started as a virtual assistant in 2014, and even before her first client, she was investing in herself: training after training, mastermind groups, learning from the best in the industry. She went on to spend years as a transaction coordinator for US real estate agents and teams, working inside the same tools our VAs use today: Brivity, SkySlope, Dotloop, zipForms and Open To Close. By 2015 she had launched her own VA business, and in 2020 it grew into what is now AEROS Online Support Hub.

But she was never content with just finishing tasks. She wanted to anticipate what her clients needed before they asked. To catch the problem before it reached them. To be ten steps ahead, so her clients could put their full attention on the people in front of them. Somewhere along the way, her clients stopped seeing a VA and started seeing a partner. That was the moment AEROS was born, from one question: what if every business owner could have someone like that?

So she built her team the only way she knew how. Skills matter, but Analyn chooses for character: the ones who take ownership, the ones who care whether a client sleeps well at night. Skills can be trained. Commitment is something you bring, and it is the first thing she looks for in every person who joins AEROS.

She didn't build AEROS to be just another VA agency. She built it because she believed two dreams deserved to meet: business owners deserve the freedom to focus on what matters most, and talented Filipino VAs deserve the opportunity to build better lives. Every partnership AEROS creates changes both. In her own words: "Success isn't measured only by the businesses we help grow. It's measured by the lives we change along the way."

That heart has carried AEROS further than she imagined: invitations to speak at VA groups and conferences, and international recognition on two continents.
